The qualification board for the 2011 Extemporaneous Speaking Tournament of Champions has been updated to reflect the results of the Myers Park Laird Lewis Invitational, the Fayette Classic, the Sunvitational, and the Southwestern Championships at Arizona State University.  The qual board also reflects the non-finalist elimination round participants from the Alief Taylor High School Tournament.  We still need the results from the Isidore Newman School Tournament and the Nevada Debate and Forensic Festival.  Any help the community could provide in getting us these results is appreciated.

Eleven extempers qualified to the Extemp TOC last week, bringing the total number qualified to 191.  Fifty extempers earned their first TOC leg last week and the total number of potential qualifiers now stands at 192.  There are three qualifying tournament this weekend:  the James Logan High School MLK Invitational, the Crestian Classic, and the Winston Churchill High School Tournament.  E-mailing us the results of these tournaments, or at least a list of the names and school affiliations of all elimination round participants, shortly after they conclude will ensure that our TOC qual board is as accurate as possible.
