CFL Nationals Update: Dylan Slinger Captures National Championship; Mohan Finishes Second

Full results from the 2010 Catholic Forensic League Grand National tournament have not fully come in, but from what we have gathered Dylan Slinger of Lakeville South High School in Minnesota, the reigning Minnesota state champion and Extemp TOC finalist last year, has emerged victorious.  Jamie Mohan of Danville High School in Kentucky, the champion of this year’s Barkley Forum tournament and the eighth ranked extemper in the National Points Race has finished second.  Reports also indicate that Mirza Germovic of Des Moines Roosevelt High School in Iowa, who was a finalist earlier in the month at the Extemp TOC and is ranked twelfth in the National Points Race, was in the final round but his finish is unknown.
