TOC Qualifier Results: The Remy Wilcox High School Speech and Debate Tournament (Washington)

Here are the results of the 38th Annual Remy Wilcox High School Speech and Debate Tournament, held at Whitman College on November 4th-6th.  The tournament was a qualifier for the 2011 Extemporaneous Speaking Tournament of Champions (TOC), so all finalists earned TOC bids.
